Mattia Martini (Scientific Director) – is Associate Professor in Management and Organization at the Department of Business and Law, University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy). He has participated in different national and European projects related to the governance of labour market services, the human capital development systems and the management of sustainable innovation. His main research interests actually concern employability development, sustainable HRM, business ethics and sustainable innovation.

Elisabetta Marafioti (Researcher) – is Associate Professor of Management at the Department of Business and Law, University of Milano–Bicocca (Italy). She holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management and a Degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University. She is President of the MsC in Management and Service Design and Director of the Master in Management and Digital Transformation at the University of Milano-Bicocca. Her research focuses on digital transformation, sustainability, sustainable innovation and business model innovation.

Angela Rizzo (Researcher) – is a PhD student in the Business for Society program at the University of Milano-Bicocca. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from the University of Venice Ca’ Foscari and a master degree in Tourism Economics from the University of Milano-Bicocca. She has collaborated for the research for Digital and Sustainable Innovation project. Her main research interests include sustainable innovation and open social innovation, collaborative governance and leadership for social impact, and public value co-creation.
  

Futures Diamond Ltd. - Innovation Systems Company

Monika Popper (Principal Investigator) - is Managing Director at Futures Diamond - an innovation systems company specialised in the provision of information technology (IT) and software solutions to government, business, research and education actors at local, national and international levels. In recent years she has worked in the area of future-oriented innovation assessment and management; mapping critical issues affecting sustainability of innovation and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to create growth, competitiveness and sustainability of innovations.

Rafael Popper (Chief Scientific Adviser) - is Director of Futures Diamond Ltd in the United Kingdom, Director of Executive Education in Foresight at the University of Manchester in the UK, Adjunct Professor in Futures Studies, Foresight and Innovation Management at the University of Turku in Finland, and Director of the Centre for Foresight and Internationalisation (CFI) at Technology Partners Foundation in Poland. Dr. Popper has over 25 years of experience working as top-level manager, principal scientist and policy analyst in foresight and sustainable innovation for various European Union and international agencies, and several public and private organisations in Europe and other world regions.

Lukas Dohnal (Senior Developer) - is senior analyst and lead programmer at Futures Diamond. He has worked on web-based applications for over 20 years. His major skills include software architecture design, agile programming and software optimization. Lukas has been the lead programmer behind many large-scale projects, including: Knowledge Platforms for European Commission, Horizon Scanning Hub and the first Horizon Scanning App for the UK Department of Health and Mouchel Consulting, Online tools for UNDP and other intergovernmental organisations.
