BOLERO is a web platform that aims to provide support for scientific research and innovation in the field of sustainable innovation management and development. BOLERO builds upon and further develops the know-how that the professors and researchers of the University of Milano-Bicocca, and other expert colleagues in the field, have gained as part of the European Commission funded project – Public Participation in the Assessment and Management of Sustainable Innovation (CASI). Focusing on the national context, it stands as a useful tool for mapping, evaluating and managing sustainable innovation projects, promoting their development and diffusion within the Italian territory. Bolero will use foresight-driven responsible and sustainable innovation approaches to boost business for society with a particuar focus on SME's and industry in Italy, and the Lombardy region especially. Our initial focus areas will support innovations related to mobility as a service, manufacturing as a service, and digital health among others.
