What can you do?
- Identify the critical factors - drivers, barriers, opportunities, threats - of your project;
- Build an Action Plan from a multi-stakeholder and multi-level perspective;
- Develop a Roadmap to direct the development and success of the innovation.
How can you do it?
- Log in with your credentials and find your mapped initiative under either:
- Bolero Hub -> Italian Database
- My profile -> My cases
- Select “Edit” case to access the advanced mapping form, aimed at BOOSTING YOUR INNOVATION.
- Fill out the form individually, with your colleagues, or with the support of a BOLERO team member.
- Use the “invite” button to invite other relevant stakeholders to co-create the case.
- Once the input form is complete, use the view mode/output form to see a list of previously prioritised critical factors related to your innovation and to assign actions to better manage the drivers, barriers, opportunities, and threats.
- If you would like to create a detailed roadmap to implement the actions or need help with the mapping, do not hesitate to contact the BOLERO team!
Take your time; you can save the form and resume later! The more detailed your answers, the more accurate the assessment you will receive back.
