LGH S.p.A is a multiutility society which operates in the territory of Cremona, Pavia, Lodi, Rovato and Crema. LGH deals with sale and distribution of gas, production and distribution of electricity and environment (waste). The company was established in July 2006 and the five municipal companies are: COGEME Rovato, AEM Cremona, ASTEM Lodi, ASM Pavia and SCS Crema. From August 2016 A2A is part of the share capital with 51%. The LGH structure is articulated on three main levels: the patrimonial companies, the holding company and business companies that manage services on different territories and have networks and assets.

SI Origin

OpenReport is the concrete testimony of a commitment towards the stakeholders: to build paths of transparency and reporting that, after the experience of the Sustainability Report in the first 10 years of LGH, moved the bar of information sharing upwards. OpenReport is placed in the most advanced experiences in the utility sector, and from its own original contribution to the A2A Group’s widespread sustainability culture, which it is inspired by and which intends to enrich with a further piece.

SI Factors of success

Technological - OpenReport is among the first cases in Italy of building a reporting portal that communicates in a dynamic and interactive way how sustainability strategies of LGH are translated into choices, activities and concrete results immediately verifiable.
