Ricardo is our bridge builder, part researcher and part strategist, with the calm, curious mindset that turns messy information into clear direction. He has a strong instinct for spotting patterns early, asking the “so what?” questions, and translating insights into practical next steps. Whether he is mapping trends, sharpening messages, or connecting dots across the ecosystem, Ricardo helps keep our work both grounded and forward-looking, with just the right dose of friendly persistence.

At Futures Diamond, Ricardo works as a Research Fellow supporting applied research, horizon scanning, and market and trend analysis across foresight and innovation themes. He also acts as a key link with Futures Capacity Academy (FCA), where he supports marketing and positioning work by turning delivery moments, publications and insights into structured content, clearer segmentation, and consistent messaging. In practice, this includes monitoring what audiences respond to, building repeatable content workflows, and connecting insights to services so our work is easier to find, understand and engage with.
